It is revealed that the image of Ukraine is presented implicitly. The lexeme Kingdom is used as a metaphorical designation that evokes strong associations with contemporary Ukraine in the reader\u2019s mind. The lexico-semantic field of the language image Kingdom includes lexemes with positive linguistic-stylistic semantics: names of persons, denotations of national culture, and abstract concepts related to history, education, language, and the mental-imaginative world of Ukrainians. It is proved that the dominants of the image Kingdom are nationally and culturally marked vocabulary: book, word, letter, parchment, document, binding, library, bookstore, archive, museum, school, and others.
