The article reveals the connection with modern linguistic research, shows the depth of their coverage, the legitimacy of bringing it up for discussion, and its expediency. We believe that by updating and popularizing the issues of the origin of the Ukrainian language, clarifying its functions as a state language, the scientist lays the theoretical foundations of deep language construction in a democratic society.
Scientifically balanced and historically conditioned provisions in Pavlo Yukhymovych’s speeches about the Ukrainian language do not require proof. Among these statements we find a list of the most important features of the language of the titular nation in Ukraine. This is, firstly, that the Ukrainian language, like a number of others, is “very holographic”. That is, it is “a separate multidimensional entity that has informational impulses and impulses of influence on society”. Secondly, the Ukrainian language is the social and energy code of the titular nation in Ukraine. The scientist considers language as an energy field, because it is, in principle, an indestructible phenomenon. Thirdly, the Ukrainian language is a highly developed ancient written language, which has more than a thousand years of literary history and testifies to the high intellectual level of our ancestors. The scientist is convinced that the intellectual power of the Ukrainian language originates from the pre-written period, from folklore.
A condensed presentation of the positions of the Institute of the Ukrainian Language and personally P.Yu. Hrytsenko on the renewal of the Ukrainian spelling code. The ideology of the compilers of the new spelling code is to create a spelling of the Ukrainian language in which priorities are given to specific Ukrainian lexemes and forms, rather than calques from the Russian language.
Key words: state language, linguistic integrator, ancient written language, medial language, energy and spiritual code of the nation.

REFERENCES
Movchan, P.
