CURRENT NOMINATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract
The article is devoted to updating the lexicon of contemporary Ukrainian educational discourse, which is conditioned by profound sociocultural, political, and technological transformations. The relevance of the study is determined by the transition of education from a knowledge-based to a competence-based model, the establishment of the principle of human-centredness, the digitisation of learning, and the active development of informal and inclusive education. The aim of the article is to identify and systematise the latest names of participants in the educational process, to clarify their functional and role-specific features and their place in the structure of educational discourse.
The work considers formal and informal, institutional and peripheral nominations of subjects of learning, regulators, organisers and executors of the educational process. It analyses semantic and functional shifts within traditional names, as well as the use of borrowings caused by new formats of educational interaction (online, distance, blended learning), changes in student identity and increased institutional control over the quality of education. Particular attention is paid to euphemistic nominations in inclusive educational discourse and evaluatively marked names characteristic of informal environments. It is concluded that modern names of participants in the educational process not only reflect the functional roles of educational subjects, but also represent value orientations, communication strategies, and socio-psychological features of the modern educational paradigm.
